Oak Sawdust for Cold Smoking 1000 ml

Our cold smoking powders are clean, contaminant-free sawdust produced during processing and pneumatically extracted from an internally lubricated saw. Due to their size, they are excellent for use in our cold smoke generator or for traditional smoking, sprinkled with beech wood 0-3 mm chips, to achieve extra flavor. The cold smoke generator we sell accepts approx. 1000 ml of powder per charge, which is enough for 6-8 hours of smoking.
