BBQ Wood Slices

Our smoke wood product is specially designed for kamado ovens. Kamado ovens have low airflow, so larger pieces of wood burn with thick, dark smoke, which is not ideal. Another problem with logs is that the hot grate and indirect stone must be lifted during cooking to access the firebox and replace the smoke wood.
The smoke wood slices are designed to slide between the grates, allowing for convenient and safe replacement throughout the cooking process.
